FFX challenge event and new character Yuna

Finally we get a challenge event to acquire Yuna, one of the most notable summoners in the final fantasy universe. When completing the event you also acquire the  Ixion summon that deals heavy lightning damage to all enemies.

Record Keeper New FF12 Challenge Event

The new FF12 challenge event will be available Til July 12 called the Dreadnought Leviathan. It also includes two new characters Balthier and Fran and their Memory crystals. So be ready to level them up to take on Judge Ghis to obtain the spell Waterja.

Red XIII joins final fantasy record keeper

Now that Red XIII has join the party we can finally have a full ff7 group and Red will be a useful member with his very high support and high black magic use.

Tonight you will be able to access final fantasy 14 heavensward content if you got the pre order. So be sure to finish your main story quest line and level up the appropriate classes if you plan to try out any of the new job classes.

Final Fantasy 7 on Little Big Planet

A very creative fan Jamie Colliver has managed to recreate everything from the 1997 Final Fantasy 7 on Little Big Planet, it includes  the complete story, side missions, all cutscenes, the soundtrack, bosses, the world map and a battle system, complete with Limit Breaks. The huge achievement spans 31 levels, and marks the end of a lot of hard work over a period of 2 years. 

Here is a video showing off a the greatness of what Jamie's created, so i suggest trying out for yourself on LittleBigPlanet 3 on PS4 and PS3 or in LittleBigPlanet 2 on PS3.

Heavensward

The next expansion for Final Fantasy 14 ARR is called Heavensward and will be released spring of 2015.  Square Enix has set up a page that will contain any upcoming information about the latest expansion here http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/heavensward/. Below is the teaser trailer for Heavenward that shows a fairly epic battle about to ensue with what looks like white dragons, also it displays some pretty sweet animations of how the Dragoons armor adjust for battle.
